A new manufacturing and sales facility in Sacramento is located on 1235 Fee Drive in Sacramento. TUFF SHED will conduct retail sales as well as manufacturing. Which will be from the 36,000 square foot facility located across the freeway from Cal Expo. Previously, TUFF SHED pre-fabricated buildings for Sacramento customers out of its facility in North Highlands. which was the first TUFF SHED facility opened in the State of California back in 1988. The North Highlands facility, located at 3200 Orange Grove Avenue, will remain open as a TUFF SHED factory-direct sales facility.

The company has also opened two new Northern California factory-direct sales facilities, one in Fairfield, and the other in Concord. The new sales lot in Fairfield is located at 2637 Martin Road near Travis Air Force Base. To visit, go midway between San Francisco and Sacramento, where customers should take the Waterman Blvd exit off of I-80. This TUFF SHED location, which officially opens for business Aug. 1, 2012, serves Napa, Solano and Yolo Counties.

The new sales lot in Concord is located at 1401 Franquette, Avenue, near Waterworld. Which is just North of the intersection of Hwy. 242 and Interstate 680. Besides this location providing more convenient access for East Bay customers, TUFF SHED is designing the Concord sales lot as its new prototypical retail store.

Northern California Expansion

The new facilities increase TUFF SHED’s total number of company-owned, factory-direct locations in Northern California to seven, including other area manufacturing and sales facilities in Milpitas, Rohnert Park and Stockton.

According to TUFF SHED Regional Sales Manager Ken Clark, the new locations will be more convenient for customers and more efficient for TUFF SHED.

“We’ve been building for Northern California customers for a long time,” says Clark. “However we’re excited to be able to upgrade our locations with the new facilities. The opening of all of the new locations is a reflection of our overall growth in the this market, and we expect that trend to continue.”
