We are a partially employee owned company! The ESOP rewards employees for their longevity with company shares that can grow in value during their Tuff Shed career.

EMPLOYER MATCHING 401(K)

Immediate vesting with both pre-tax and Roth options and generous matching for employees who contribute to the company’s 401(k) plan. For every dollar you put into the plan, Tuff Shed will contribute 100%, up to the first 3% of your salary and 50% on the next 2% of your salary.
