New Decorative Door Trim Options

September 27, 2012|press releases
The Tuff Shed logo is displayed over a series of engineering plans

In addition to the standard door style, there are two new upgraded door trim packages at its factory-direct retail locations. Customers can now upgrade the look of their TUFF SHED building with TUFF SHED’s Crossbuck Design or Wainscot Design.

Decorative Door Trim Ups Curb Appeal

TUFF SHED’s new optional trim designs and available accent color paint schemes add curb appeal to the long list of benefits provided by the legendary TUFF SHED door. This ultra heavy-duty door is patented and includes steel framing, wood sheathing on the interior and exterior, plus exclusive hinges and handle designed specifically for strength and security. The result is a one-of-a-kind door that resists the warping and sagging all too common with most other shed door designs.

The Crossbuck Trim Design features multiple trim pieces. Each piece radiates out from the center of the door in horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions. This design has been especially popular with customers purchasing barn style storage buildings. The Wainscot Trim Design resembles the bead board and chair rail look popular on interior wall spaces. This design is comprised of a single horizontal piece of trim in the center of the door with three vertical pieces on the bottom half of the door.

The decorative door designs incorporate the same high-quality LP SmartTrim material that TUFF SHED uses on all of its buildings. This engineered wood is designed to remain straight and flat and therefore is treated to resist insect damage and fungal decay. It is also covered by a manufacturer’s 50-Year limited warranty.

Either of these decorative designs can be added to TUFF SHED storage buildings for an introductory price of $39 for a single door or $59 for double doors. However, the new decorative door trim options are available only at TUFF SHED factory-direct locations.
