TUFF SHED Difference #127: A One-of-a-Kind Door

Our door construction starts with a steel frame, which provides unmatched strength and durability. This steel core is then layered between LP® Smartside® Siding and OSB wood sheathing, ensuring both sturdiness and style.

To attach the door to the building, we use specially designed, heavy-duty hinges rated to support up to 500 pounds each. These hinges are built to maintain the door’s alignment and ensure smooth operation for years to come. Completing the design is our patented ergonomic locking handle, made for a comfortable grip and built to last. Thanks to this robust construction, our doors resist bending, warping, and failure—making them a standout feature of any TUFF SHED building.
