I had some reservations about Tuff Shed - totally unfounded. From the very beginning of my search and selection with Justin until the absolutely flawless installation by the Tuff Shed crew was perfect in every way. Excellent communication and understanding of what I wanted. I am exceptionally pleased with everything about this purchase. They certainly mean Tuff Shed. That thing is built like a house - 16” on certain - a solid floor and steel foundation - the roof is perfect. I am never going to look at prefabricated sheds you find at big box stores the same. I will always from this day forward purchase only Tuff Shed. Thanks so much for everything Tuff Shed.

Great experience from start to finish: I designed the shed online and then Theo Vervilles helped with some finishing touches and great recommendations; the installation was done in 7 hours! The install team from Norcal Construction, headed up by Paul (Pavel), was outstanding. They worked so hard and did an amazing job--clearly talented and caring carpenters. Could not be happier!

We went with the premier pro tall ranch (20x12) and had it finished inside. We added a Mr. Cool mini split system for AC/heating which is working great for this space. Overall an OK experience, but happy with the results and would recommend. Be warned that if you're planning to build in Seattle, Tuff Shed’s permitting person is not familiar with the size/types of builds that the city of Seattle would allow in a backyard. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it sure would have been nice to have guidance on that. In our case the city of seattle took 7 months to approve our permit, so we waited all that time only for the city to say the (orignal-barn style) structure we chose was too tall. So we basically had to pivot and start over and choose a completely different design which was a bummer. Other than that (now that the wait is over and stress of all the follow up is done) we’re pretty happy. :) The main person we worked with was great and communicative. And once the permit was approved, Tuff sheds came out and built the shed in 2 days! Very impressive.

We are so thankful for Theo Vervilles and his tremendous service in getting our shed installed. He was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. From beginning to end communication was consistent and transparent. Even before we committed to purchasing a shed, Theo gave us resources to look into as we were trying to figure out logistics of our new home. We returned to Tough Shed particularly because we were left with a positive impression of Theo’s professionalism and how he helped us out. There were no gimmicks or sales pressure, and we appreciated this very much. The installers of the shed did a great job and completed the order as scheduled. The construction crew (Argueta Construction) that leveled the ground where the shed is placed also did a great job. We are glad to have a quality product that will last for years to come as shown in the pictures included here. Thank you, Theo and team.
