Joe worked with us on the design and outfitting of the shed. There were a number of options for everything. Windows, paint, doors, floor, everything. Tim and his crew worked all day in some pretty nasty weather, with great efficiency. Tim was able to make great suggestions when my plan for the shelves and work bench went askew. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about how great Joe was to work with helping me figure out what I wanted. Tim and his crew were also great and Tim even took care of minor picky things after the install. After looking at sheds since 7 years back and deciding on Tuff Shed 5 years ago, I was so pleased I was able to re-visit doing it at an actual Tuff Shed location other than Home Depot because I think there was more personal interaction to talk about options and think it through (for me). And Joe was patient as I changed my mind on the size, decided on colors, hardware, doors and what I really wanted. Before you buy a shed anywhere else in this area, make a stop to see why Tuff Shed is worthwhile (I already had researched and decided on that) and give Tuff Shed Roanoke a shot before you put your money down. I talked to a lot of shed sellers prior. Joe listens and just wants you to get what you want. There's no pressure at all. He just wants you to be happy with your shed and he'll help you any way he can. And Tim is an excellent builder and carpenter with attention to detail. It's a win-win. My next shed will be a Tuff Shed and I hope Joe and Tim are both there for it.
