Exceptional Service from John Lee at Tuff Shed Our church began the process of purchasing a shed from Tuff Shed back in March/April, and from day one, John Lee provided outstanding service. Working with a church often requires multiple steps, approvals, and waiting periods, and John was incredibly patient throughout the entire journey. He stayed in touch, followed up consistently, and made sure we always had the most up-to-date quotes, including any monthly sales or discounts available at the time. We also had work to complete on our end before installation (clearing the area and preparing the property) and once we were ready, John stepped right back in and guided us through every part of the process. He walked us through the different shed styles, design options, and customizations to ensure we were selecting exactly what we needed. The entire experience was smooth, informative, and pleasant. Most importantly, the shed turned out beautifully. We are extremely pleased with both the product and John’s excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
