I was always skeptical about purchasing a shed because it was so intimidating. However, Crystal made it very easy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I truly appreciate her patience. Then came the installation and then realized that some things never change. The installer arrived and I quickly noticed that the material they were going to use was used or perhaps chewed on by an animal. I was later asked if I owned a dog which is highly irrelevant because the material had not been unloaded from the 3rd party installers truck. The installers removed a piece of wood from my fence to use as a shim. They left their tools in my backyard while they returned to their shop an hour away. Ironically enough, my neighbor alerted me that there was a suspicious man pacing in front of my house. I felt as if this was a setup. I called the Crystal and she gave me the # to Corporate where I left a message for Michael. Even though Crystal called Michael and he was aware of the situation, he didn’t call me until the next day when he received my email to cancel the order altogether. I showed all the pictures to another Tuff Shed representative who indicated that it (shed) was likely a repo and I was purchasing it as new. I’m highly disappointed in my experience with Tuff Shed and do not recommend them. Businesses should STOP trying to take advantage of women!!!

We ordered a 10x12 high shed from this location. Our city requires permitting for such a unit. When arriving we where greeted by crystal, she is very knowledgeable and patient. She helped us pick all the accessories and options and design our shed. Tuff shed also handled the permit application and process for us for a fair fee. Crystal went above and beyond, she even visited the installation site to properly assure the plan with the city. The shed was installed in one day and looks amazing. High quality work and great customer service. It gets expensive in comparison to plastic solutions but well worth it and will last for many years.
