My buying experience with Tuff shed has been very straightforward, easy, and a lovely process. Cecilia was very kind to answer all of my questions and I appreciated her following up because I am super busy and can easily leave things to be addressed at a later time. Cecilia was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The actual shed didn’t take long to come in once my order was completed. Pedro and his dad were amazing, timely, professional, and completed great work. Overall, it is very refreshing to work with competent and helpful people from start to finish.

My husband & I bought a new shed last night from Cecilia. This will be our second Tuff Shed. Cecilia was wonderful to talk with & she helped us in so many ways by helping us build our new Tuff Shed. Cecilia was very informative about these sheds, measurements, permits, colors, shingles. She answered every question we had. I would highly recommend Cecilia to anyone looking to purchase a shed. First, the customer service I received from Alicia at TuffShed is the best I've ever encountered. She was so patient and helpful from the first time I talked to her until the moment my shed went up. It was a stream of endless texts, emails and phone calls from me. And she was never anything but kind and encouraging. The actual builders of my shed were extremely well prepared and skilled. They were shed building machines sent from the future. It took about six hours from the moment they knocked on my door until the moment they left the driveway. The shed itself is amazing. It's sturdy and well put together. If there were six stars, I would give it to them.
