Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Selena promptly contacted me after I completed my shed proposal I completed online and answered all of my questions accurately. The large shed was completed the same day and looks great. I was very pleased with results and appreciated Adan's team for a job well done. Selena promptly followed up to verify my satisfaction. All of the advertisements you see on TV about Tuff Shed, believe them! (Although I have not tried to drive an ATV on top, yet.) From the minute I stepped on their lot and showroom until completion, I was totally impressed. Selena, the sales rep, was pleasant and professional from the start. I told her the basic things I was looking for, and right away she came up with the different options on her computer. I had heard horror stories that you get charged extra for basic things, but that is not the case. They even had a promotion that the paint was included for free. I got to choose the base color, the trim color and the color of the roof shingles. They had samples there in the showrooms. I was sold. They also finance through a company named Green Sky. I submitted my info and was approved within minutes. I started this on a Monday and by Thursday morning, my 8 x 12 shed was up. The people that put it up came at 8 am and were done by 11 am. They were also friendly, professional and quick. So far, I am totally pleased and impressed. Look up Selena in far east El Paso, she is great.

Had been contemplating building a new shed for some time but just couldn’t seem to find the time. Wife and I ended up driving to the local Tuff Shed dealer on a Sunday where Nathan provide excellent service, was knowledgeable about the product and local municipal codes. We went over several options before deciding on a design we liked. Bought on A Sunday and was installed that Thursday. I’m really glad we decided to go with Tuff Shed. Quality product with guarantee were a plus. Nathan’s knowledge and seeing demo models at the store made us purchase a nice 10x18 Pro Ranch model.

Nathan, our sales representative was very professional and provided detailed tuff shed designs that are available. Communication with Nathan was excellent and he was able to walk us through every step from financing to installation. The installation crew was professional and ahead of the scheduled time for the install. The crew was careful in bringing in the materials to my home and adding the finishing touches with the final build. The quality of the shed was better than I thought after doing a thorough inspection of the structure after completion. Highly recommend Nathan to assist with your shed build at Tuff Shed.
