Chad helped us create the perfect shed for our space. The process from design to build went great with no pressure. When we were gathering information to build our little retreat on the river we stopped by the Tuff Shed location on Rossanley Dr. We picked up some pamphlets and brought them home to look at. A period of time went by spent on permits and land preparation so we did not devote a lot of time to the actual shed itself. It wasn't until we received a call from a gentleman named Chad Hunter at Tuff Shed to let us know that he was the new contact person, and if we ever wanted to come by, he was more than willing to work with us. When we did finally make it in we explained to him the issues we were having with permits and certain neighbors. Our original shed was going to be a 20x20, but Chad recommended if we opted for a 10x20 we could avoid the permit process. Chad worked with us on so many occasions either by phone or email. I have worked with so many sales people over the years and have been disappointed more than not. However Chad showed us that he wanted to work with us and make our Tuff Shed experience a memorable one. Overall our experience with Chad I would call memorable. He made sure that our shed was exactly what we wanted, we made a lot of changes but Chad handled them all professionally. He made sure that the crew showed up on time and wanted to know how they were doing on the project. My wife and I highly recommend Tuff Shed. Our retreat is now close to being done, the inside is still a work in progress but to get us to this point in our endeavor we can thank Chad Hunter.
