We met Steve (Sales and Design Consultant) at the Home and Garden Show at the Lane County Fairgrounds. He impressed us with his knowledge and people skills. Having looked around at the different shed options we decided to stop by and talk to Steve and we're very glad we did. He took the time to walk us through the different options based on our needs. He was very professional and helped us design the shed that was a right fit for us. Steve kept us informed throughout the whole process. We'd also like to give a shout out to the install team (Seitz Contractors) who were top notch. Kate was also amazing when she stepped in when Steve was out.

A Tuff Shed representative also contacted me with regular updates on the delivery time frame, which I really appreciated. This build was more involved due to being used as a pump house, built bottomless on a concrete pad, but the crew handled it flawlessly. Fast, professional, and made sure I approved everything before leaving.

We received a generous gift of a Tuff Shed and the whole process was a wonderful experience. Steve Lemelin guided us through the different sheds that Tuff Shed offered. There are so many options that are available to you and you can customize it to meet your personal preferences. Steve was thorough through the purchasing process. He wanted to make sure we understood the guidelines and that are preferences were concise. The process was seamless and easy and continued afterwards with the scheduling of the shed to be built. The shed was built in a day and the crew was professional and courteous. We are extremely happy with the final product and would recommend this business.

I’m writing this for my partner, Diane, who asked me to write this review. She bought an 8’x10’x83” Pro Lean-to Shed. We met with Steve L. at the Eugene office. There were a couple of Promotions that were available from the Eugene Home Show and which drew our attention. Steve helped by answering our questions and giving a fair price quote with all the amenities that we needed. The biggest was the addition of two 10’x24” wide shelves along the 10’ wall. These add So much needed storage! It took us a week or two to get the site prepped as per Steve’s instructions. Steve even loaned us a hand tamper which we used to compact the gravel. Diane then got her order on the production schedule and in no time the shed was ready for installation. The two young men that did the installation were very good, listened carefully to our questions and completed the assembly in about 4-5 hours. They did a great job!! Now we just need some time to get her new Tuff Shed painted to match the colors of her home. Diane and I are thrilled with the quality, design, material quality and especially the galvanized steel floor joists. That should make rodent problems a thing of the past!
