Our experience with Tuff Shed was Perfect! We had searched and got estimates from most every business in our area for a truly custom shed. When we first walked in to Tuff Shed, we were immediately greeted by Bill Brittain and Erica. They listened to our expectations and then together, we designed the perfect shed for our needs. We gave it some thought and then gave Bill a call and he quickly got the team moving. Our shed was custom built Exactly as we were looking for. Kenny came out for the site visit and then our shed was delivered the next week. Wayne and Katee were our delivery technicians that assembled the shed onsite. Their attention to detail was absolutely incredible! The site was left in immaculate condition and every detail of the shed was Perfect! Tuff Shed provided a great experience from start to finish. Their professionalism showed in every step, from my early research all the way through the follow up after installation. Communication was excellent. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and answered every question I had quickly and clearly. Cotton was my representative and he handled everything with steady professionalism. He kept me informed, made sure I understood my options, and followed through on what he said he would do. The shed turned out exactly the way I wanted, which made the whole process even better. Overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward. Bill Brittain was brilliant to work with when ordering my new shed; I could not be happier! He understood what I wanted and went well above and beyond to make it happen. I cannot say enough good things about him; he's just perfect at what he does. The turnaround was so quick, which I appreciated. I'm sure there are a lot of factors that determine this, but for me it was a quick process. The two guys who came out to build the shed were respectful of my property and time. I've had a lot of people doing work around my property, but these two stood out as being upbeat and attentive throughout their long day. Good guys. Everyone I interacted with at Tuff Shed was great, and my experience has been as good as I could have expected.

Jerry Sims was a dream to work with. From concrete work to installation of building to getting the garage door installed. This has been the BEST experienceEVER!
