Customer service was awesome especially Kyle Troutman and Jeanette Hillman. They did a wonderful job. The install took 5 hours to do from start to finish, the installer did a great job. The only reason for the 4 of 5 in stead of 5 out 5, was the 1 week delay due to weather and the installer forgetting the tool to do the anchors. So he is going to have to come out again to install the anchors. Other than those two things everything went swimmingly.

My experience with Tuff Shed was great! From the very beginning to the end. My rep, Kyle was so friendly and knowledgeable that he made my process easy. He walked me through with the design, the selection as well as the finances. When I had questions about the product, he was able to answer with professionalism. Even the construction workers were on task and made sure I was happy with my new shed. I'm happy with the quality and service I received with this crew. Nothing but good things to say about Tuffshed, their employees, and the entire process. The shed I purchase is just the basic 8x8 Tuffshed. This is how it comes unpainted. I prefer to do the painting myself and I saved some money. It even looks great unpainted, however my HOA prohibits sheds not painted the color of your home. Got to love the HOAs, so update the pictures later when I paint the shed in a couple days. The shed itself is plenty big enough and looks amazing inside and out. The hardware is built strong and is top notch. Jen, the salesperson was amazing. She was willing to work with me and my budget to get the job done. Scheduling was quick and painless. The entire job was done in about 2 weeks from start to finish. The install time was the same day and was about 4 hours. Kenny and Kyle are great at what they do and did a fantastic job. Can’t say enough good things about the overall process. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you!
