So I chose tuff sheld because my son bought a shed and had it installed. He was really impressed with his shed and the installers. So I went with tuff shed for my large shed. So let's start with the negative stuff first. What I wanted and I thought I had discussed is not what I purchased so it seemed. The salesmen was new and I don't think he understood what my needs where. So we had to get his boss involved. Nathan his boss is great. We worked threw my needs. But when the sheld arrived for the install, it turned out that the shed had the wrong pieces and measurements. My loft area was 9 inches to short. The windows for the loft where off center. The factory forgot to send my canister door. So now the good stuff. Nathan and tuff shed corrected all of the issues. Jose and his installers where outstanding. We actually worked together at one point to speed the install up. What turned was supposed to be a 2 to 3 day install, turned out to be a 5 and half day install. So in summary, Nathan and the installers where great. But you need to monitor your purchase and make sure your getting what you paid for. The factory makes mistakes. But the quality of the product is good.

I am a little late at posting this, but I wanted to say thanks to the Syracuse & NJ Tuff Shed offices for helping me with my garage project. Especially Breanna, who was able to worked with me on getting the proper internal & external fire barrier installed on the south wall to make my zoning & building office happy. The only thing they required me to have done externally was the monolithic concrete foundation/slab. Once I got that completed and passed a quick on-site inspection to verify the dimensions, they where able to schedule me for an install day a month later (to also help let the slab cure). Special thanks to the crew they sent out to assemble the garage on-site. They were professional & had most of the garage assembled after a single day on the site. Thanks again!

The Tuff Shed experience was terrific. I was able to design exactly what I wanted online and to fit the budget--allowed you to drop some options add others while providing 3D images of what your shed l would look like. Ben was very helpful in helping to refine the quote and insure what we wanted was included. I had to delay installation by a month because of some road construction in our neighborhood--again no issues extremely accommodating at customer service and scheduling and Ben in Syracuse again was there to follow up to make sure all went smoothly. Today the shed was installed---installers called an hour before they arrived and within 3 hours the new shed was built, painted and ready to store! Site was left clean and installers where very methodical and thorough making sure shed location was what where we wanted, was aligned and that site was level. Only small suggestion would be to leave the shed owner the leftover paint but I have color swatches and know its Glidden. Overall very positive experience
