I purchased a shed two years ago and had an issue with my handle not engaging to open the door. I stopped by to inquire and see if they had any suggestions. After some discussion, they offered to send someone out to evaluate or they could give me a new handle if I am comfortable installing on my own. I was happy to give it the old college try and install myself. It was a great customer service experience and I appreciate the options they provided to rectify my issue right there on the spot . Well done to the young lady that assisted me, much appreciated!

I shopped around and physically looked at 3 other shed companies before I visited Tuff Shed in Derry, NH. Tuff Shed is so much better built than the others. My salesman Jeff B. was excellent, making sure that the shed I wanted was built to my specifications and needs, asking what would be stored inside, especially weight and size, which made a difference that I didn't think of. The crew that assembled it onsite were also great! I am very happy with my new shed.

My shed was delivered and installed this past week. We started shopping around and visited the Derry store in May. We met with Jeff Bessette on our first visit and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did the site work ourselves and when we called with a question he came out for a site visit. He offered to help us with the building permit since we needed a variance and even though we did that on our own he called to check in regularly. Once we met with the code enforcement board and had the variance approved , we had to wait 30 days for any push back from abutters before getting the permit. Once we forwarded the permit everything fell into place. The crew showed up on time and assembled in 3 1/2 - 4 hours. They left the yard as it was and it now painted and ready to use! Thank you Jeff for a great experience
