We worked with Jeffrey and he was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with getting us scheduled timely, and was very responsive when we had questions on different options. We have some minor issues with the shed and are hoping to get them resolved soon. If you are considered a purchase, I highly recommend you see Jeffrey at the Buffalo location.

Excellent seller, easy transaction, fast delivery, very well built shed, I am very pleased with the experience and service. This was a display shed so it does have a few bumps from sitting on the display lot but the driver took the time to make sure it was fully functional before he left and he installed a new lock so I have a key, he is a very nice guy.

I contacted Tuff Shed looking for a ramp for my shed to make moving my lawn mower, garden wagon, etc in and out of the shed easier. I checked out a few ramps and Tuff Shed, by far, had the best quality ramps. I was directed to the local Tuff Shed in Ramsey, MN. I spoke with Chark and he was so helpful! After my first visit, I emailed him with more questions and he answered them all and replied quickly. When I spoke to him, he mentioned it would take a couple weeks to order the ramp, but when I came back to look at the ramp again and decided to purchase, he had one on hand waiting for me and I got to take it home that day! I was super impressed with Chark's professionalism, friendliness and care he provided with my questions, demonstration of the product, considerations and the conscientious care in loading the ramp to my car. I was able to install the ramp with very few modifications to my shed and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Highly recommended!

Chark Yang was quickly responsive to questions and helped guide us through the design process and scheduling of installation. We are very satisfied with the shed. The installation team of Ruslan Citac, Pavel and Stefan did a great job with installation. They did not damage our yard and left the site clean and all details regarding the installation done perfectly. They were very polite and professional. Thanks to all of you - we love the new shed! We still need to apply the final coat of paint.
