I had Tuff Shed Livonia build and install my new shed in August and I couldn’t be happier. Adam was excellent at helping me with the project. He went over every detail about my shed and explained all the options available. He’s really knowledgeable about every aspect and kept me informed on the progress which made everything about the process smooth. He’s really an asset to Tuff Shed. The day of installation was great. The crew who built the shed came on time and worked non stop. Amazingly, my shed was built in a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and I was left with a great looking shed.

We had the pleasure of working with Adam Hartson at Tuff Shed (Livonia) for our new shed. My husband and I had been going around and around for months looking at different sheds from here, northern Michigan, and Ohio. Adam continued to reach out to us over the summer months to see how he might help and to let us know of different promotions. He was patient with our design ideas and offered many great suggestions. Last week our shed was built on site! Wow! We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and materials. Personally, I was concerned about how cold that Thursday was, but the guys doing the work seemed unphased! They coordinated together and the final product is great quality and beautiful! The builders/installers work for Tuff Shed directly and were knowledgeable and experienced! I spent several months researching and visiting big box stores and shed manufacturers and finally chose Tuff Shed for my new shed. Tuff Shed's use of high-quality materials, especially the metal floor, really impressed me. But what sold me was their build-on-site option, as I couldn’t get a prebuilt shed, as they would have to drive over my septic system to place it. I like their online configuration tool, but I wanted more information, so I went to their Livonia store. Adam was outstanding—walking me through all options and answering my questions without any pressure. He ensured I got exactly what I wanted and scheduled the installation. A few weeks later the installation team arrived and got to work. They were great. They were friendly and asked me where I wanted the shed and how I wanted it oriented. When the time came, they asked me where I wanted options, such as the placement and height of the shelf. They completed the installation in just one day and did an excellent job. It has been over a year and the shed still looks like new and is just as sturdy and strong as the day it was built. Recently, I reached out to get their new keyless lock, and Adam remembered me and was just as helpful and accommodating as the first time. Tuff Shed was undoubtedly the right choice for me, and if I ever need another shed, this will be my go-to place. Highly recommended!

Happy with the shed, well built, guys did a great job on it. I didn't get along with the sales guy, I'll leave it at that so that's why 4 stars, for having to deal with the sales person. I did the electric, lights, and loft myself. I'm happy I went with the top of the line shed. I think the quality and room for the loft are worth it. I have 320sf of space in my 12x16 shed.
