Rick Tomlinson handled my Tuff Shed order & it went fantastic. Rick is very friendly & very knowledgeable about the entire process. I was originally going to use another shed company, but Rick pointed out several quality issues that the other company didn't offer & specific materials that Tuff Shed uses. I had a fantastic experience working with Rick and the team at Tuff Shed! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. They took care of all the permitting, which was such a relief, and their recommendation for a landscaper, Jose Olague at Greentrail Landscape and Design, was spot on. Jose did an amazing job transforming the area. What really stood out, though, was Rick’s commitment to excellent customer service. He even went above and beyond by driving to the house to help solve a minor issue we encountered. It was a small problem that was easily fixed, but his willingness to personally get involved showed how much he cares about his customers’ satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend Rick and his team at Tuff Shed!
