There are few businesses worthy of writing a review about these days.Tuff Shed in Idaho Falls and Mgr Tony deserve recognition for going beyond five star customer service and shed quality. We purchased a 8x8 Tuff Shed hoping the extra cost was worth the investment.Five years later we were in the market for a 10x14 shed. As we researched the numerous shed lots popping up we were amazed at the cheap construction quality and the lack of professional customer service knowledge the sells reps had. Our small 8x8 Tuff Shed was in better condition in and out than the shed lot buildings. You have to look close to see the short cuts and cheap construction flaws, which we do anyway. We returned to Tuff Shed on Hwy 91 hoping time hadn't changed their building integrity. Prices were higher than shed lots but professional customer service with attention to the little things, shed construction went from excellent to the best built shed on the market in the west. We100% believe you pay a little more for time tested quality and customer service that last years, long after the shed lot folks are gone. A big high five to the Tuff Shed and their loyal crew. Go talk to Tony you won't regret it!

The process was easy. Custom build all done over phone and email. Workers put it up in less than 2 days. Good quality, professional work and materials. So pleased we went with Tuff Shed. Ours is 10 x 30 with a loft! Perfect for our needs, of course!

We are so happy with our shed and the quality of the building exceeded our expectations. Tony answered all of my questions and was so kind. I was followed up by a few people to make sure I was satisfied with the install, which made me feel valued as a customer. The installation was very quick and the team was very nice and professional. This is our second Tuff Shed installation and it was, again, FANTASTIC!! The installers arrived on time and before we knew it, out Tuff Shed for our BBQ Barn was installed!!! The two men who installed the shed were wonderful: efficient, professional and accommodating. This company, from start to finish, is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the design process to the final installation my husband and I were met with 100% satisfaction. I will continue to recommend Tuff Shed because their product is superior, and their customer service is TOP NOTCH.
