We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed Hartford three years ago, and it was one of the best decisions we've made! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Nikita was incredibly helpful and patient in guiding us through the selection process, making sure we chose the perfect shed for our needs. The installation team was amazing—professional, efficient, and truly skilled. They did a fantastic job placing the shed on a hill, and everything has held up beautifully over time. The quality is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Excellent work by your crew. Crew Member Gabriel was helpful when answering my questions and showing me the finished product. Which was much appreciated. Overall, very satisfied with the outcome of the transaction with Sales & Design Consultant Dennis Asfalg who was not only patient with us, but gave us input when asked and needed. Most importantly, with the efficiency of the build by your crew. And last, but not the least, with the beauty of the shed. Excellent outcome all around. Kudos to all!

Phenomenal experience, what can I say. The personalized service and prompt responses made this Tuff Shed (Wethersfield) experience, spearheaded by Nikita, truly the best. A year later and the shed is holding strong and CT has weathered many storms since then! After frequenting several custom shed establishments, it was Nikita's caring yet non-pushy salesman attitude right from the get-go that sealed the deal. The shed was customizable to the finest detail, and the website was very user friendly when obtaining quotes. Nikita was prompt in responding to the quote request, and reached out within 24 hours. Nikita was not only informative and fully transparent, but also provided some insight in possible permitting requirements... a service they actually offer to assist with, if preferred. He also provided much needed advice during the preparations of the shed pad which was not a Tuff Shed responsibilty. His guidance led to rescheduling the shed install until the pad was fixed per his advice, which again Nikita was very accommodating with. The contractors were a true reflection of Nikita's care and consideration, not just of the shed, but the property. The kit was carried one piece at a time, and the crew worked into the darkness to get this project completed. No quality was sacrificed. I highly recommend Nikita and Tuff Shed. His team were fantastic. Lifelong fan.

I was serviced by Nikita, he was very professional and informative, walked in just to look and left with the sale of a new shed. So awesome..My new shed came today I absolutely love it, the guys came promptly and had this beautiful shed up in no time, they really are so knowledgeable answered all my questions, they made me feel so good with the decision that I made.
