Very impressive service. Fred with Tuff Shed was prompt in his response to my inquiry. He was able to meet with me very quickly as my project was time sensitive. Fred did a great job of explaining options and I never felt pressured to buy more or up charge me on anything. Fred was familiar with permitting process and helped me get the documents I needed for the permit. I highly recommend Fred if you are planning a tuff shed project.

First off David K, thank you for getting us through a rough start to the final stage, your help was greatly appreciated. Tu, you and your team did such a beautiful job completing the shed! It was not hard to see how well your team worked together and the pride everyone had in their work. If you are having a Tuff Shed built in the Denver area be sure to ask for Tu and his crew, you will not be sorry!!

Travis at the Littleton office helped us build the shed of our dreams. He didn't pressure us into any decisions we weren't ready to make and gave us a timeline of the best time to purchase for the biggest discount. He promptly answered all calls and negotiated fantastic 12 mo no interest financing. He followed up with us after initial purchase, installation scheduling, financial confirmation, prompt refund for unused materials and post-construction satisfaction. I'm extremely pleased choosing to deal directly with TuffShed rather than a subcontractor at a major home improvement store. The cost dramatically increased the value of our home and we would recommend Travis to any of our neighbors. Travis was welcoming, personable and very knowledgeable; a genuine all-around guy who has your best interest in mind. It's as though you are dealing with a close neighbor. I wish we would have purchased a TuffShed years ago; we are absolutely satisfied.
