I recently ordered a larger 11' x 10' "Tall Ranch" from TuffShed. Janice Dill in Ventura was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She really knew her product line well and had answers for my many, many questions. Luckily for me they had a great promotion for shed accessories that saved me some serious cash and I took advantage adding multiple windows, metal ramps, vents, and lots of heavy duty shelving. I guess these promotions change monthly? When delivery day cam they texted ahead of time to verify arrival time. Just two guys were able to fully set it up, including leveling and adding all the shelving in about 5 hours. Again I had LOTS of questions for the installers but they were very patient in all my concerns! PS The reason i ordered a shed? I was paying $225 per month ($2,700 per year) for a 10' x 10" storage unit about 6 miles from my house. besides being inconvenient, the place was always dirty and dusty as it was located not far from open growing fields. This is an investment that will pay off in about 2.5 years. And i now just walk out 10 feet to access my new TuffShed. Very happy!

We replaced our old shed and couldn’t be happier with our new Tuff Shed! From our first visit to the Ventura showroom, Janice Dill was amazing—friendly, professional, patient, and always quick to respond to our questions. The design software made it easy to see exactly what we were getting. Tuff Shed referred us to Luis P. for the demo and slab work, and he did a great job at a fair price. The Tuff Shed installers, Carlos and William, were friendly, professional, and efficient. A small billing issue was cleared up quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The new shed looks great and feels solid—built to last for years. Highly recommend!

We have a beautiful new shed the Tuff Shed Ventura team built for us. Janice Dill and the Tuff Shed team exceeded my expectations at every turn. I enjoyed configuring the shed with the online software and 10 minutes after we saved our quote I get a phone call ON A SUNDAY thanking me for making the quote and helpfully informing me the taxes wouldn't be applied until I placed the order. After fiddling with the layout a little more I placed the order and very quickly received a text and call asking me when I would like it installed. They could get it prefabbed and in my yard in three days! That was too fast for our plans (three days, who would have thought!) so we scheduled it for 2.5 weeks out. The build team showed up within five minutes of the start of their window and had the 8' x 10' shed assembled and done four hours later. It is a beautiful little shed with all of the bits properly assembled and painted. Tuff Shed then closed out the transaction with a smooth process and ample opportunity for feedback and correction if there would have been any problems, but there were absolutely no problems at all. The whole process was quite good. I'm a business owner and I'm jealous of the system Tuff Shed has in place to deliver a good custom shed to customers. Great job Janice and the Tuff Shed team!
