Good experience in October 2025 with the Tuff Shed crew. My wife and I went in to talk about a shed that we want built in our backyard. We already have a Tuff Shed (smaller 8'x14') but want to add a larger shed. We worked with Vincent and he explained all of our options and helped us arrive at a shed that will require a permit, yes, but that maximizes the size of the shed without requiring a new concrete pad foundation (at a likely cost of around $6,000 - $10,000 to install) or being zoned/classified as a "garage" (which makes it a more expensive building by about $10,000). Vincent was interested in helping us arrive at the right shed for our needs and was not focused on trying to upsell to the highest-cost shed. We definitely appreciate that! Everything was explained along the way, and he provided us with what to expect for the process coming up. It will take a while to get through engineering design and permitting, but they are going to continue communication with us throughout. In fact, in the 3 days since visiting Tuff Shed, I've already received several emails confirming our purchase and updates on the building process. This was a good exeperience and I look forward to getting this shed built. I'll update this review as the process plays out. So far, it's been great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We needed to build a shed on the side of our house where we have an RV pad to store my tools and gardening equipment. I stopped by Tuff Shed and worked with Tim Sheline, who was incredibly helpful in designing the perfect shed for my needs. We included a skylight above the workbench and added a solar light for extra brightness. The shed colors ended up matching our house perfectly—which was a great surprise! Overall, the entire experience was smooth, and the finished product looks fantastic.

I went to Tuff Shed Sacramento on a brutally hot day back in July. I had the good fortune to meet Tim Sheline a sales associate with Tuff Shed. Tim took the time to listen to my copious list of demands for a shed. He then walked my wife and I through every possible option that Tuff Shed provides. We went back and forth for well over an hour designing exactly what I wanted. This is a large purchase for me and one that I did not make lightly. We completed the design process and from there I went home WITH OUT signing any sales dox. I never felt pressured by Tim or any other sales associate with Tuff Shed. I went home and realized I needed some assistance with design location as well as knowledge of set backs for Sacramento County code compliance. I called Tim and he graciously came out with his sales manager to assist me with marking out where the sheds would be installed and help me put together the vision that I had (see attached pics). I still needed time to think about it and to review the bids the concrete contractor (who Tim recommended) provided. Tim never pestered me and as a matter of fact, provided a paint discount on the sheds. These sheds were part of my retirement dream and Tim Sheline and Tuff Shed made it happen. I am a very satisfied customer and I can't recommend both Tim and Tuff Shed enough.
