We had an absolutely great experience working with Shane at Tuff Shed. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I changed the configuration of our shed multiple times throughout the process, and he handled every adjustment without hesitation or frustration. He truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We could have gone with a less expensive option elsewhere, but Shane made the buying experience so positive that choosing Tuff Shed was an easy decision. On top of that, the quality of the shed is excellent — you can immediately tell it’s a well-built, durable product. If you’re considering a shed, I highly recommend working with Shane. My representative was William Wentworth at the Escondido Tuff Shed location and he is a top tier professional. My wife and I walked into the Escondido location and were surprised to find they had so many sample sheds built inside their showroom to walk through, see paint colors, windows and variation on typical design. Our intended "going to look" turned into our buying three units. William helped with design choices and with his guidance we were able to customize our purchases to the specific areas and uses we had in mind for them. It wasn't long until we made changes to the original specifications and William was there, picking up the phone all along the way and never missing a single detail from our calls, documenting each one accurately onto our paperwork and in the end everything we discussed turned up perfectly on our final deliverables. Nan our scheduler followed up time and time again until we were ready for installation. She called the day before to remind me of the teams arrival as well as the day of to confirm details. What a pro. Our installers showed up and what a couple professional, friendly and hard working guys. I wish I had their names as they deserve a mention. They smiled, greeted me with a firm handshake, made sure they understood where I wanted the sheds built and proceeded to erect what are now several structures I expect will outlast me. What a value. What a great company and the Escondido team should be congratulated on their professionalism and dedication to bettering the Tuff Shed name.
