Had a great experience with Tuff Shed designing and installing our detached garage. Mike Ramm was our design consultant and he was so nice and helpful. He gave great feedback on our design and really helped us with the getting the build to what we wanted/needed. We used our own concrete contact so we can't speak to anyone Tuff Shed might refer you to but our guys were great. The install was seamless and the crew genuinely went above and beyond. They talked us through any of the small issues that came up and always already had a solve for the problem. We felt very informed and in good hands. The final product looks so good! The best compliment we've gotten from neighbors is that it looks like it was always there! Fits into our property seamlessly and is very well constructed. We are really pleased we used Tuff Shed because the cost was about 1/3 of what a custom builder quoted us but I don't think we sacrificed any quality.

In this age of poor communication and sketchy product quality Tuff Shed of Springdale does things right! From the start of my shed project, the online design tools and personal help from Mike Ramm made the entire process so easy. Cindy who did the scheduling was very helpful with any questions I had. I so appreciated being able to talk to real people and not a recording. Build quality is good with many options to choose from and installation went better than I expected. Follow-up questions and concerns were addressed promptly and satisfactory. With a seven year warranty, I know I made the right decision choosing Tuff Shed of Springdale!

Very pleased with our Tuff Shed purchase. The install went with out a hitch, and the installers were experienced and efficient. The design and construction of the shed is well thought out and is very well made. The door has a full metal frame which makes it incredibly sturdy, and it has a built in lock. All-in-all very happy with the sales, purchase and install process. Would highly recommend.
