My experience with Tuff Shed was spectacular. I pestered Kevin Pipkin for nearly two years before I was able to start my project. He was patient and very helpful. I purchased a 16x16 tall barn. It was priced very well. My build site was a remote one south of Birmingham and I learned the crews travel the state from their factory near McCalla. The building crew, Lee Robertson, his brother and nephew were incredible. I was very impressed by their work ethic and skill. To say I was happy is an understatement. I watched the entire build and their attention to detail was outstanding. The entire build was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Completely happy says it all. Designing and buying a shed from Tuff Shed in Huntsville was great. Working with Mike the sales agent made this experience easy and streamlined. The Robertson brother's Lee & Jamie were professional, knowledgeable and have great skills.The shed turned out great. The 2 Lee and Jamie seemed to be having fun in what they were building, they measured twice and cut once. This is a well built shed that will last for years to come. We stopped by Tuff Sheds on South Parkway to see our options for extra storage. Michael greeted us upon arrival and showed us various sheds on the lot. He asked us fact-finding questions and did an amazing job of understanding our needs. He was able to show us on the computer what our shed would look like from the inside out! We were able to choose the colors, windows, doors, shelving, peg boards, etc. There are a variety of options! Michael came out to our home 2 days later to look over the property and discuss the positioning and location for the shed. We were able to make the down-payment, apply for financing, and docusign everything the same day. Michael has made this process seamless and we are excited to have more storage and to see the finished product! (I'll update with pictures once complete)

Best buying experience I’ve had without ever being face to face with someone. We needed help financing a shed after purchasing our new home and Michael Martin made it so easy and painless. If you’re looking for a shed and have a lot of wants/needs, Tuff Shed is the way to go. You really can’t beat their prices anywhere! Edit 6/25/2025: Our shed build got pushed back about a week due to rain and the color of the roof selected was wrong. They had red but we chose black. HOWEVER, I have still had a great experience. The customer service is IMPECCABLE. I genuinely have no complaints even with the minor issues we’ve had. The build is supposed to begin later today and I am beyond excited. Edit 6/27/2025: The building is up and looks great! Everything we asked for. Only thing is the builders left trash in our driveway and several screws. We’ll have to go over the driveway and yard with a magnet to make sure there aren’t anymore.
